| Corporations, LLCs, and registered Limited Partnerships doing business in Georgia must continuously maintain a Registered Agent with a physical Georgia street address (a PO Box alone does not qualify). The agent may be an individual resident of Georgia or an entity authorized to do business in Georgia, must be available at that address during normal business hours to accept service of process, and receives official state notices on the entity's behalf.
